4D SA transfers operational support of 4D Business kit to 4D Net Center

BIEL, SWITZERLAND and CLICHY, FRANCE, 25th May 2005

4D SA, a leading maker of software solutions that simplify the process of developing and deploying database applications, today announced that it has transfered operational support of 4D Business Kit to 4D Net Center, an Internet hosting company based in Biel, Switzerland.

4D Business Kit offers Web developers a powerful e-commerce solution tailored to the specific characteristics and budgets of small-to medium-sized businesses. 4D Business Kit combines a Web server, Web programming language, multi-store administrator and a powerful database, with a set of security, online payment and sales relations management tools to provide a complete turnkey solution.

4D SA and its international subsidiaries will discontinue its development, distribution, maintenance and customer support of 4D Business Kit as of today, at which time those responsibilities will be transferred to 4D Net Center.
