Brand new 4D 2004 plug-ins allow developers to connect 4D 2004 applications to MySQL or PostgreSQL servers

4D UK, manufacturers of the award-winning 4D Product Line, today announced the release of 4D for MySQL and 4D for PostgreSQL - brand new plug-ins for 4D 2004.

These plug-ins allow 4D developers to communicate with MySQL or PostgreSQL Servers from a 4D front-end to perform data manipulations such as inserting, deleting and updating data within the respective databases as well as creating new MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.
