direct access to 4D's technical support specialists. An annual contract
which provides for up to 3 named contacts and 18 support incidents.
Cost £595.00 plus VAT.
A program aimed at in-house 4D developers and systems administrators who
do not require the same levels of support offered by the Partner program.
An annual contract which provides for up to 2 named contacts and 12 support
incidents.
Cost £395.00 plus VAT.
A program aimed at in-house developers and system administrators who have
a requirement for email only support. This contract runs for 12 months or
8 support incidents.
Cost £295.00 plus VAT.
This gives you access to our Technical Support Consultants if you need
assistance with one 4D related issue or incident.
