Welcome to the 4D Dynamic Web Page Tutorial! The goal of this tutorial is to help you learn to create dynamic web pages and sites using 4th Dimension. Before you start this tutorial, it is a good idea to have first gone through the previous tutorials in this series - or at least be familiar with the material covered in them. Like those tutorials, this one also assumes you have:

The first step in this tutorial is to launch 4th Dimension. You will be presented with a dialog box, prompting you to either open an existing structure file, or by changing tabs you can create a new one. For this exercise, you will want to create a new one.

You should name this new structure "WebForms4D". Once you have chosen to save your new structure file, you will be taken to 4D's Design environment. You will be presented with a window that looks like this. Your window will likely be larger than this one, but it will look very much the same.
